This expression used to define the phenomenon is justified:
* Effect: Word from the action of physical phenomenon (Optical, Magnetic, Electrical, etc ..).
* Scanning: Term that expresses the simultaneous action of successive light rays (Packet Energy) running surface scanning process generating images in relief (Photon-Structure)
* Photonic: Name given by modern physics to the field of science that studies phenomena related to particle of light (Photons) and its Technological Innovation.

It is the interaction Physics of Light (Photonic Scan) with the surface of the matter.
When I refer to Scanning Photonic and Optical event within the Visual Circle account so that the appearance of irregular images of bright aspect (Photon-Structure) is associated to this Physical Event, through it the Effect of Photonic Scanning is understood as follows :

I will present some experiments that will certainly help to better analyze the described observations about the phenomenon.
With the development of Microscopic System microscopic observation techniques have been refined and perfected to the phenomenon (Effect of Photonic Scanning).
